Work with me

Two ways to work together. One is free.

I keep this short on purpose. If you want a menu of twelve services, I'm not your guy. Most of the value I produce shows up in the weekly letter — and that's free. The paid offers below are for people who want to compress months of figuring-it-out into weeks.

Option 1 — Free

Read the letter.

Every essay I write is built to be immediately useful for someone running a one-person practice. If you read it for a few weeks and never need to pay me a dollar, that's a feature, not a bug.

The Weekly Letter
One essay a week. Free, always.
For solo experts building a productized practice.
Option 2 — Productized engagement

The Signature Offer Sprint.

Two weeks. We work together to name your signature offer, scope it tightly, price it confidently, and write the page that sells it. You leave with a productized service ready to take to your existing audience — and the positioning to defend its price when someone pushes back.

What you get
A productized offer ready to sell on Monday
  • A named, scoped, priced signature offer — one you can describe in a sentence and a buyer can say yes to in a meeting.
  • A sales page for that offer, written in your voice, with the objections handled.
  • A positioning document — who it's for, who it's not for, and the three competing alternatives you're displacing.
  • A pricing logic you can actually defend, including the floor, the ceiling, and the upsell.
  • Two live working sessions per week for two weeks, plus async review of everything you write.
Starts at $7,500 · Two weeks · Limited to 2 clients per month · For consultants and coaches doing $150K+

Why I know this works

I built one for myself.

Stick & Grow is the productized agency I run for B2B SaaS founders. I named it, scoped it, priced it, and wrote the page that sells it using the same framework I'd run you through in the Sprint. Different audience, same playbook. If you want to see the approach applied in the wild before you buy it, there it is.

A few questions I get

Common questions.

Will you do hourly consulting?

Almost never. The sprint exists because hourly engagements make both of us worse at our jobs. If you genuinely need a one-time conversation, email me and we'll figure it out.

Do you take retainer clients?

Rarely, and only for engagements where there's a real system to build. I'm not your fractional CMO.

Who is the sprint really for?

Senior independent consultants, executive coaches, and experts who already have clients, already have revenue, and are trying to graduate from "I do projects" to "I sell a thing." Usually $150K–$700K in annual revenue, working solo or with a couple of freelancers.

How do I know if I'm a fit?

Read the letter for a few weeks. If the essays feel like they're describing your business, we're probably a fit. If they don't, we're definitely not.
